40 Disabled Individuals Receive Skill Certificates – 6 Hired by Kothari Phoenix Factory”
Empowering Abilities through Opportunity
On behalf of the Department of Disabled Persons, under the Leather Sector Skill Council and the Tamil Nadu Rights Scheme, 40 persons with disabilities were awarded certificates for completing skill training. In a significant move toward inclusion and empowerment, 6 of these individuals received employment orders to work at the Kothari Phoenix Factory.
The appointment orders were personally handed over by Dr. Rafiq Ahmed, Chairman of Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited, in the esteemed presence of Smt. G.L. Pachau, I.A.S., District Collector of Perambalur.
This initiative marks a strong step forward in creating equal opportunities and integrating skilled persons with disabilities into the workforce.
